Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for supporting The Everyday Wellbeing Project. As a small, indie print only publication, we take great care in hand-packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within [3-7] business days. We typically ship batches on Tuesdays and Fridays]. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (Ground): [5-7] business days.

  • Domestic (Standard): [3-5] business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Packaging To protect the integrity of your magazine, we ship all copies in  eco-friendly protective envelopes. We strive to use sustainable packaging wherever possible to align with our wellbeing mission.

5. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

6. Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your magazine, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is no longer in our control.
