Cancellation policy
Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
We offer individual print issues and a yearly print subscription option to ensure you never miss an issue of the Everyday Wellbeing Project Magazine. By selecting a subscription or "Subscribe & Save" option, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Cycle
When you purchase a yearly subscription, you will receive issues delivered on a quarterly basis for one year. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each yearly billing cycle until you cancel.
2. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next scheduled issue, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

If you cancel after a payment has been processed: Your cancellation will take effect for the following cycle. We do not offer refunds for issues that have already been billed or shipped.
3. How to Cancel
Managing your wellbeing should be stress-free. You can cancel or pause your subscription by:

4. Pre-Orders
For special editions or upcoming issues marked as "Pre-Order":

Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund only if the request is made before the official release/shipping date. Once the magazine has entered the shipping process, the "All Sales Final" policy applies.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment method expires or is declined, we will attempt to reach out via email. If the payment is not updated within 5 days, your subscription will be automatically paused, and the current issue will not be shipped.
